Commissioning on your schedule, not the factory's.
Our team commissions the lighting controls on most of the projects we supply. You don't wait weeks for a factory start-up technician, and the people programming the system are the ones who designed it.
What commissioning covers
Commissioning is where a lighting controls system goes from installed to working. It's also the step most likely to hold up a project, because it usually depends on a manufacturer sending a technician.
Sensor calibration
Occupancy sensor sensitivity and time delays, and daylight sensor setpoints, tuned to the actual space.
Programming
Time clock schedules, scenes, zones and dimming levels set to match the controls narrative.
Functional testing
We check that the system behaves the way the narrative says, which is also what Title 24 acceptance testing looks for.
Owner training and warranty support
We walk the owner or facilities team through the system, and we stay the point of contact for warranty issues after closeout.
